SoulFood runs events in schools, foodbanks and community centres to get participants excited about food and feeling confident in sharing food skills and ideas.
We have received three years of funding from Children in Need to work with disadvantaged children and young people across Brighton and Hove.
Our emphasis is on the psychology of people's food choices, rather than a how-to-cook approach. We encourage the sharing of stories.
We also address issues people might have around food, discuss healthy eating, budgeting, eating for mood and health and much more....
